こんにちは、ライティングセンターです。
今回、ライティングセンターの利用を推進するため、皆さんに当センターのことを知ってもらえる機会をつくりました。
当センターは、文章課題について相談できる教育機関で、アカデミック・ライティングの訓練を受けたチューターが書き手との対話を重ね、文章の改善を支援するところです。
具体的にどのような対話がなされるのか、どういった内容・文章であれば相談できるのか分かりづらいという意見があったため，今回、ライティングセンターでの具体的なやり取りを体験できるワークショップを企画しました。
本ワークショップの内容は2部構成になっています。
第1部（13:00～）は、当センターに勤めているチューターがデモンストレーションを行い、実際のセッションの様子を紹介します。
第2部（14:00～）では、参加者の皆さんにその場で文章を書いてもらい、それをレビューし合うことで、他者に自分の文章を共有することを体験していただきます。こ
れらを通じて、ライティングセンターの魅力を感じていただけたらと思います。
本ワークショップでは、例えば、こんな方々をお待ちしております。
・レポートや論文などをひとりで書き上げるのが不安な方
・きちんと伝わるかどうか自信を持てないまま提出している方
・アイデアの壁打ち相手が欲しい方
・ライティングセンターを気になっていた方
それ以外の方でも、大歓迎です。
また途中参加/途中退出可能ですので、お気軽にお越しください。

Hello, this is Writing Center.
This time, to promote the use of Writing Center, we have created an opportunity for you to learn more about our center.
Writing Center is an educational institution where you can consult on writing assignments.
Our tutors, trained in academic writing, engage in dialogues with writers and provide support for improving their writing.
Because there was feedback that it’s not clear what specific interactions take place and what kind of content or writing can be consulted, this time, we have planned a workshop where you can experience concrete interactions at the Writing Center.
The workshop consists of two parts.
The first part (1:00pm) involves tutors from our center providing demonstrations and introducing the actual session process.
In the second part (2:00pm), participants will write on the spot, and by reviewing each other’s work, you will experience sharing your writing with others. Through this, we hope you can feel the appeal of the Writing Center.
In this workshop, we welcome, for example:
・Those who feel anxious about writing reports or papers on their own.
・Those who submit their work without confidence in whether it effectively communicates their ideas.
・Those who need a sounding board for overcoming creative blocks.
・Those who have been curious about the Writing Center.
Others are also welcome, and you can join or leave the workshop at any time, so please feel free to drop by.
