イベント開催報告｜「GUNPLAみんなで組み立てよう！」
2025年11月19日（水）および12月3日（水）の2日間にわたり、大岡山キャンパス Taki Plaza 2階「Attic Studio」にて、ワークショップ「GUNPLAみんなで組み立てよう！」を開催しました。
本ワークショップは、本学学生同士がものづくりを通して気軽に交流できるコミュニティ創出のきっかけづくりを目的として企画されました。少し手を出しにくかったり、購入したまま組み立てる時間が取れずにいたりするガンプラを題材に、誰もが参加しやすい交流の場を目指しました。
両日ともに約10名の学生が参加し、日本人学生と留学生が自然に交流する場となりました。企画側で用意した1/60スケールのガンプラという、普段は一人では組み立てにくいモデルを参加者全員で協力して制作したほか、自身で持参したガンプラを組み立てる参加者も見られ、会場ではガンプラやガンダムに関する会話が活発に交わされていました。
参加者からは、「ガンプラという共通の話題と目標があったことで、さまざまな人と交流できた」「初めてのガンプラだったが、いろいろなことを知ることができて楽しかった」といった声が寄せられ、ワークショップは大盛況のうちに終了しました。
なお、2日間の開催を通して完成したPG（パーフェクトグレード）ストライクフリーダムガンダムは、後日Taki Plaza 2階に展示予定です。
Event Report | “Let’s Build GUNPLA Together!” Workshop
On Wednesday, November 19 and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the workshop “Let’s Build GUNPLA Together!” was held at Attic Studio on the 2nd floor of Taki Plaza, Ookayama Campus.
This workshop was organized with the aim of creating opportunities for casual interaction among students through hands-on making activities. By choosing Gunpla as the theme, the event sought to lower the barrier to participation for students who may have felt hesitant to start building models or who had kits left unassembled due to lack of time.
Approximately ten students participated on each day, and the workshop became a space for natural interaction between Japanese students and international students. Participants collaboratively assembled a 1/60-scale Gunpla model prepared by the organizers—an advanced kit that is often difficult to build alone—while others worked on Gunpla kits they had brought themselves. Throughout the sessions, lively conversations about Gunpla and the Gundam series filled the space.
Participants shared positive feedback, such as “Having a shared topic and goal made it easy to connect with many different people,” and “It was my first time, and I had a lot of fun learning.” The workshop concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from all participants.
The PG (Perfect Grade) Strike Freedom Gundam completed over the two workshop days is scheduled to be exhibited later at the 2nd floor of Taki Plaza.
